@SportsDirectUK I sent the DM with all the info you required and no one has got back to me. I also sent emails and used the Web chat and I'm being ignored. This is very poor service. I still have two mismatched trainers, no returns label and no refund. 😕

@SportsDirectUK The facility to contact you about faulty returns on the website and app isn't working. I've been sent non matching trainers and in spite of two web chat sessions and several emails, I still don't have a label to send them back without paying postage. Please help!

@SportsDirectUK I'm still no closer to being able to return the non matching trainers without paying the postage. Or being fully refunded for the trainers. I feel like this is quite poor customer service.

@SportsDirectUK I've sent the above photo plus a photo of my original parcel label to customer services but that was three days ago. They helped cancel the return I had started and they have said they've refunded me the 4.99 postage because I shouldn't have paid to return a faulty item but

@kazza077 @MartinSLewis That's rough, I'm sorry. 😢 I spend the first hour of every morning having to eradicate the swamp that has engulfed my nasal passages and lungs and then when I come in from work I can only rest. I haven't had antibiotics/steroids this time but probably should have done.🤷

@heltranter @MartinSLewis Yer ! Had it around Xmas then had antibiotics and steroids then cleared up apart from coughing a bit past two weeks came back annoying dry cough wheezing just had another load of antibiotics 🙄🙄🙄

Anyone else had this lurgy going round, starts with losing voice, then bad cold and awful cough and wheezy breath... how long does it last? I'm not enjoying it!

@sarajcox My husband used to keep his work boots to one side of the doorstep. One day he loosened the laces and was just about to step in when he noticed there was a large toad, sleeping in one of his boots. Did he evict the toad? No, he didn't. He bought new boots. 😊👍

@bt_uk Hi BT. 1/2 My parents' phone lines were taken down by a mini tornado in the CW11 area yesterday. I don't have their account details but I have managed to report the damage. The problem is, they're elderly and vulnerable and they can't track the repair without Internet.

@heltranter They should be able to locate the account from the landline number, but they won't be able to discuss any details with you unless you've account access. They should still be able to add the vulnerable flag though.
