Immigration lawyers in the UK are the real moneymakers. They won’t even call the Home Office on your behalf, if your case is taking longer than expected. You are lucky if they even remember your case after you pay them. They charge you so much to do a one-time thing and then leave you to deal with it yourself. God forbid the Home Office comes back negative,the lawyer will charge you more money to handle the case again. After all, they went to law school, you did not.
