I was warned by people, including therapists, not to send my then 18 year old daughter to study in Ghaziabad, even though she got into Christ University there. Sometimes it is the city. Sometimes it is the parents.

Yesterday, at the @Careers360 counselling event, I met a girl student. She is very good. A 97 percentiler. Likely to get into a good college in a good branch too. But she has restrictions. Parents won’t let her study outside of Delhi. She can’t stay in a hostel too. IGTU is a great option, but the restrictions will weigh down on her choices and learning too. She had tears in her eyes as she narrated her limitations and restrictions. She wanted to study, grow and fly. She is meritorious too. While most of India is obsessed about how one religion mistreats women, we must look within every religion and society on how we shackle women!! It was the same day when India clubbed Women’s reservation bill to the delimitation bill.

One of the most underrated growth levers I've had is just meeting people who are further along than me. When I started with copywriting my only goal was just $10k/month - and I thought that was unattainable. I had no idea what was actually possible… not because I wasn't ambitious…. I just literally didn't know what I didn't know. Then I started meeting people doing $50k+/mo and started to see what was possible. Every time I meet someone at a level I haven’t seen before, my perspective shifts and an unconscious limiting belief is broken. I used to think there was a cap on what was possible as a single-service agency… people would say “they cap at $500k/mo” Everyone around me seemed to confirm it. Then I met someone doing $1M/mo with one service and I realized the ceiling didn't exist and I'd made it up based on what the people around me were doing. This is why “networking” matters. Being in rooms with people ahead of you destroys the limiting beliefs you didn't even know you had. Unknown unknowns are the thing that actually hold you back. You have to go find people who are living proof that what you think is impossible, isn't. Most people plateau because they stop chasing those rooms.

Reply with your role and I'll share the most common creative mistake I see: - Brand founder - Media buyer - Creative strategist - Marketing manager - Agency owner Different roles. Different blind spots.

I thought I'd show off some of our recent email designs. + Let you know why they'll convert & make $$$ Don't be one of these brands obsessed with 'looking professional.' Don't get me wrong that is apart of it. What's helped us generate over $50M in sales is this... Emails that actually drive revenue follow specific principles. This is what makes these designs work: - Clear CTA above the fold - Strong visual hierarchy - One goal per email - Scannable copy - Mobile friendly The email's job isn't to sell the product. The email's job is to sell the click. Peak their curiosity. Get them to the website. That's where the conversion happens.

Take your best social proof and create a monthly or weekly campaign strategy around it. Your best angles always come from customer reviews, so start acting like it bruv. Take whatever the customer says and build an entire story or narrative approach around it, or agitate the hell out of the problem and pain point that you're solving they mention with your product. You can literally just screenshot an image of the social proof , make it your hero image, and just blab a little and print money. Takes five minutes.

Life hack. Only charge quarterly retainers. Don’t even have a monthly option. Watch how your churn drops. And client LTV explodes. Pull all of that cash upfront. And enjoy life.

"Do you have any sample emails we can see?" Yes, literally thousands. I send prospects a Figma file with a hundred of them that include as many niches as possible so they can see the type of quality we can achieve for their industry

My agency was doing $250k/mo before I graduated college. By the time I graduated, I had 50 team members and a 3.8 GPA. And I did it all while being in a frat and socializing (partying) every weekend. People always ask me how I managed everything. Tbh, it wasn’t that complicated. Literally I just cut out everything that wasn’t work, school, or gym during the week. During the week, I was locked tf in… people did not see me unless I was in class. Wake up. Work. Class. Work. Gym. Sleep. Repeat. I optimized my schedule around my work. I always scheduled my classes at 2pm or later. Then I would work every day 5am-2pm in my bedroom before heading to class. That’s a 9 hour day already… Then, I would work through my classes as well inside Slack doing quick tasks while listening to the professor. Yes, if I dropped out I probably could have made more money faster (we have doubled in size since I graduated 9 months ago)… But I wouldn’t take it back for the world. My best memories and friends were made at school. I have 50+ years in business. I can make up the “lost” time.
