Men should hold other men accountable. Many of you create safe spaces for your friends' perverted and wicked behavior because "I'm not like that". I take a fucking pepper spray when I walk outside alone or with my daughter. Do you think I'm scared of other women? If you're not a rapist and people calling out rapists bother you, you need to sit and have a conversation with yourself. Because why are you triggered if you're not guilty???

Can we train an AI engine on the voice of Sheik Basheer Imam Fulani using Surah Al-Faatiha and some other verses he recited during his time, then use the engine to generate full recitation 🤔

Since we started @mlinlagos, my goal has been to create a genuinely technical space for ML engineers and enthusiasts. I believe we made real progress toward that vision this year. Here’s a look at what we achieved in 2025: - 12 monthly technical sessions covering topics from healthcare and medicine to optimisation, efficiency, and applied AI. - Launched Office Hours (bi-monthly), hosting 6 Google Developer Experts in AI & Cloud. - 1 Hackathon Sprint where members built real projects and collaborated. - 2 Study Groups cohorts (with one still ongoing). - Special events like the International Women’s Day event and the Grad School Series. - Partnerships & collaborations with @gdglagos, @gdgcloudlagos, @DataFestAfrica among others. - And most exciting of all, our first-ever physical meetup in December, featuring 3 workshops and 2 technical sessions. It was energetic, practical, and we received amazing feedback from attendees. Reflecting, we achieved a lot. The feedback has been wholesome, kept us going, and doing more. A shoutout to the community and people who actively engaged, registered, and attended our events, and a special shoutout to the core team for their relentless work in bringing each of our activities to life and to success. Looking ahead to 2026 In the new year, we plan to build on what we’ve started by: - Strengthening our technical programs. - Expanding Office Hours to Googlers. - Launching our research track. - Deepening cross-community collaborations. - And importantly, securing sponsorships so we can sustain and scale the work we’re doing. If you or your organisation would love to support the work and community growth, we’d be happy to connect. Thank you for an amazing 2025. Here’s to learning, building, and growing together in 2026.

2025, the worst year of my entire existence on Earth. 2026, I beg you, be merciful to me; bring light to the darkness, peace to my weary heart, and tidings of hope that finally lift me from the shadows.

I hear Nigerians in Nigeria talk about remote jobs more than even Nigerians in the US, and how being a Nigerian stops them from getting opportunities. I am here in the U.S. and still exploring what is out there because I honestly don’t know these platforms. Please share any websites you recommend. If you don’t want to post them on the timeline, you can please DM me. Please help a sister.

The global movement is just getting started! 250 women in 5 continents will begin their hands-on journey at @cybersafehq, learning how to secure APIs. The ripple effect of this program blows my mind each time I think about it. Considering that this cohort includes both developers and security professionals, imagine how many applications will become more secure… how many new work opportunities will be unlocked… so many possibilities! To kick off this learning adventure, we’ll be hosting our orientation ceremony featuring the incredibly talented Vandana Verma. We can’t wait to meet you all ladies!

This is why I say you have to get off the internet and go into the REAL world. If you hate Muslims. There is NO way you know Muslims. So are you going to understand that divided they conquer you, but UNITED you are a force that cannot be messed with? I’ll leave it up to you.

The mosque’s phone call was so heart warming. 🥹 The brother only asked two questions; where is your location and what kind of formula do you need.
