@rdenshampwc Hi Ryan. So we have found that to happen from time to time. One method to reduce the air-lock or stall is to chill the HK prior to transfer. Another factor can be foam from transferring directly after transporting a growler.

@hendrixkeg hey guys, sorry things didn’t work out, I love my leg though! Can you tell me if it’s normal for the growler transfer to “stall” about 75% through?

The @hendrixkeg is just the coolest pressurized growler. Works perfect, easier to clean than the uKeg or Drinktank system I own...only my wife complains because I started experimenting with her whipped cream maker N2O capsules (ran out of CO2). 😍 @3MugsBrewing Tongue Smack IPA

@CellarmakerBeer @chriskramerpr If you bring your HK in to the brewery pre-chilled it will help with the fill. Another option is to swirl cold water inside first. 🍻

@chriskramerpr @hendrixkeg Hey Chris, We'll definitely check it out and hope to be able to fill. For whatever it's worth we've had bad luck with UKeg brand + similar products damaging the beer or wasting ton of beer to get filled properly. Ask for a manager and we'll give it a shot.

Really impressed by both the quality and customer service from @hendrixkeg (thanks, Jake!) This is a 64 oz CO2-powered growler that allows you to keep beer fresh longer while pouring from a brewery-quality tap. Gonna fill ‘er up at @CellarmakerBeer tonight. 🍻
