Everybody talks about Phase II detox but nobody's out here talking about Phase III detox. Pooping. You need to pooping more If you're not excreting toxins, you're recirculating them. Constipation is a serious health issue and is stopping you from looking, feeling, and thinking better. If you mobilize toxins faster than you eliminate them, you're in for a bad time. You need to be poopmaxxing.

I actually think it’s good to interrupt someone in conversation when you’re asking a relevant question, emphasizing their point, or reacting— even sharing a short story is okay if you let the lead pick up where they were. It’s totally different from interrupting and repositioning yourself as the subject while disregarding what the speaker was saying. People can be way too stingy about this and it makes the conversation feel mechanical instead of dynamic.
