Senate District 17 challenger (R) Chris Parker joined the race late, was outspent 5 to 1, and had zero name recognition. He ran on protecting home rule, defending smalls towns and rural areas from solar farms, data centers, and carbon capture. Chris Parker tapped into the base. @tylerbowyer If you really believe this, then it’s time for @TPAction to get involved in these primaries and recruit DeSantis+ type conservatives to defeat them. And push Trump to endorse these conservatives. And push Trump to quit endorsing RINOs. We have to clean up our own room first!

It's amazing how when it comes to more power, you can get the GOP to utilize its super majorities within a day. Yet, when it comes to all the underlying issues that you would want to change with that power, we go years on end without any change. I agree with the effort, but don't think that this means they've all of a sudden turned to the right.
