Time to cut through the noise on $SIVE. A lot of nonsense floating around this week. Let’s set the record straight — with facts. Insider selling? Nothing new. Achilles has been struggling financially for years. Not surprising they’re selling now — more surprising they sold at 3-4 SEK earlier. Kairos entered via the Mixcomm deal. The shares they received were worth ~30 SEK at the time. Of course they want to monetize and rebalance. Logical move. Keith Halsey is tied to Follström and Achilles. Same pattern we’ve seen before. They have zero real influence in the boardroom — shareholders blocked their attempt to oust the chairman. They’re just trying to survive their April debt obligations. Harish (from Mixcomm) has sold before. He’s not a wealthy guy and his passion is the lab, not running the company. Surprised he’s still around at all. But here’s the REAL signal that matters: CEO Vickram Vathulya holds over 4 million shares, bought more recently, and has NEVER sold — not even during this run-up. Same with Chairman Bami. These are the people who know exactly where $SIVE is headed. That’s the strongest bullish signal you can get. Financing? Recently secured a loan with Bootstrap Europe. Cash position is solid — no near-term equity raise needed unless a massive contract demands extra firepower. The surge isn’t “just Twitter hype.” Right before it exploded: • Major LiDAR customer (likely Aeva + Nvidia) gave volume production estimates — $53M–$138M over 8 years starting Q4 2026. • O-Net partnership update and pluggable optics. • Leak of upcoming Jabil collaboration (supplying ALL the big hyperscalers). This is just the Photonics leg. Add Wireless, Satcom, Tier-1 customers, defense contracts, and Chips Act tailwinds. The potential is enormous relative to the current market cap. Many are talking it down without doing basic homework. They chase clicks and seem to run blankers’ errands. Real journalism? Nowhere to be seen. Stay calm. Let the company execute. $SIVE is on a clear path to becoming a billion-dollar company as growth explodes in 2026–2027. The train is leaving the station. Don’t miss it. $SIVE #Photonics #AI #LIDAR #Semiconductors #OpticalInterconnects

$SIVE the chart is beautiful. Higher highs and lower lows. It has bottomed up after a massive dip and should be able to break 15 next week easily. Bullish !

I'm making some moves again. Watched $SIVE from the sidelines cause my platform didn't offer it. On this dip I've decided to make a big transfer from one platform to another to start a position. However, for some reason, humans can't make transfers over the weekend even if it's 2026, so I'll probably be set to make my first purchase when the dip has been bought up already. Anyways, I'm coming for you $SIVE.

Friends - give me 1 ticker to put the rest of my cash today and close the app for the next 2 weeks. Preferrably nothing too risky, with decent upside: - no prerevenue crap - low/no debt - healthy business - any MC - I beg you, no $SIVE or $P40.DE or similar crap. 🙏

$SIVE at ~$400m MC is a name I genuinely believe... Institutions missed as the upstream laser chokepoint for hyperscalers. When you look at $TSEM following my thesis, the stock went up 70% to a $21B+ MC. Retail flows do not send NASDAQ stocks up $10B+. Information discovery and synthesis does. Especially when institutions validate it, and follow along. $SIVE was majority owned by Sweden retail investors, with **almost 0 institutional investors**. Now that information is distributed regarding the Upstream CW laser supplier for $MRVL, Ayar, Jabil, O-Net. And with $AVGO + other comments recently stating lasers were a clear bottleneck for supply chains: I strongly think that institutions are trying to accumulate off Swedish retail hands through Iceberg orders, vwap algos, or any other methods to gain exposure to the upcoming CW laser bottleneck. Again, the closest comparison to $SIVE are: $MTSI and $LITE, both at $18B and $55B MCs. Sivers trades at ~$400m MC. With architectural paradigm shifts in photonic supply chains: I think retail has a rare opportunity to frontrun institutions with $SIVE and have heavy exposure to the upcoming CW/EML laser bottleneck.

Everyone talks about AI networking, but most investors completely misunderstand the two distinct battlegrounds: Scale-Out vs. Scale-Up. Scale-Out: Connecting racks to other racks across a data center. This is a long-distance game and already relies heavily on optical fiber. Scale-Up: The backend fabric connecting GPUs directly to GPUs so they act as one giant, logical brain. Today, this is almost entirely copper (like NVIDIA's NVLink). The problem? As AI factories scale to massive clusters of 10,000 to 1,000,000 GPUs, the physical distance between chips grows. Copper is fast and cheap, but it hits a physical wall at short distances due to severe signal degradation and thermodynamic limits. You simply cannot bridge massive, multi-rack GPU clusters with copper cables. The inevitable solution is that optics must invade the Scale-Up domain. To bridge these distances without melting power budgets, the industry is transitioning to Co-Packaged Optics (CPO). This shift from copper to light in the backend GPU network unlocks a massive, entirely greenfield $9 billion TAM by 2030. $NVDA: Set to transition its proprietary NVLink to optical CPO (Feynman architecture) to scale GPU-to-GPU connections across data centers. $MRVL & $AVGO: Marvell acquired Celestial AI to place optical interconnects directly on XPUs to break the memory wall, while Broadcom is leading the charge in open-ecosystem CPO silicon and switches. $LITE & $COHR: Copper doesn’t need lasers, but CPO does. They supply the ultra-high-performance Indium Phosphide (InP) lasers critical for this new optical architecture. NVIDIA has already aggressively moved to lock up supply from key vendors for years to secure this chokepoint. $SOITEC :Every CPO chip relies on a specialized "Photonics-SOI" wafer, and Soitec controls >95% of this market. Moving from a standard pluggable to a CPO switch requires 4× the wafer content (scaling from 50mm² to 200mm²). As Scale-Up goes optical, their revenue per port quadruples.

$SIVE has gotta be the highest upside stock I’ve seen in this market since $AXTI? No way markets missed the CW laser light source for Jabil, Marvell (Celestial via $POET), O-Net, Ayar ( $NVDA, Mediatek backed)… At a $140M valuation. ($350m now) Not only do you get the most direct laser exposure to future CPO scale up? But also this cycle’s 1.6T pluggables with $JBL (formerly Intel Silicon Photonics division) coming soon. With Win Semi bridge capacity scaling needed for hyperscaler supply chains. Don’t think 99.9% of people realized the sheer scale of this yet.

Every industry leader... Especially $AVGO (Physical Layer Products division) in this statement today. Cites Lasers as a bottleneck for semiconductors. If you aren't long... -> CW Lasers: $SIVE | $MTSI -> EML Lasers: $COHR | $LITE -> or their foundries in $TSEM/Win Semi Maybe it's time to wake up? How to buy $SIVE (Sivers Semiconductors) from the USA? There are several ways, but I did it through Interactive Brokers (IBKR). With a regular account you'll get a "lack of market data" warning when placing an order. To fix this and get much cheaper subscriptions, switch to Non-Professional status: Professional version costs ~$45/month Non-Professional costs only ~$2/month ✅ How to change it: Go to Settings → Market Data Subscriptions Click the gear icon next to "Market Data Subscriber Status" Select Non-Professional and answer the questions (just say YES if you're a regular retail investor) Then subscribe to Nordic Equity (L1) under the Europe/Nordic section. After that the warning disappears and you can easily place orders for Swedish stocks like $SIVE. Anyone else trading SIVE from the US? What broker do you use?

I keep getting asked: What's the PT of $SIVE? It's a $320m MC company, how far can it run? It’s a critical CW laser company, the next chokepoint in photonics. Closest comparison is $MTSI is $17 Billion. Then $LITE at $51.97 Billion. I think it should trade at $2-3B, today. Yet it’s $320 million. The sheer valuation gap points to massive upside when it scales.

$SIVE is starting to play out like my $AXTI thesis round 10? Up triple digits now. Really not sure how markets missed this one tbh? -> Laser supplier to Jabil… for 1.6T pluggable transceivers in the current supercycle. -> Laser supplier to Ayar / $MRVL celestial for CPO, in the upcoming supercycle. Literally all your laser suppliers from $MTSI to $LITE are $17-45B companies. $SIVE? Now only at ~$310M. High conviction long.

This is why $SIVE is the single most overlooked diamond in AI right now 💎 Swedish photonics company, ~$250M market cap. Building the high-power laser arrays & external light sources that hyperscalers $AMZN, $META, $MSFT need for next-gen Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and silicon photonics. • Jabil transceivers (ex-Intel SiPh) • Ayar Labs / GUC • O-Net + Enablence (fresh deal) • POET & more Peers like $LITE? $40B+ valuations. $SIVE? Still micro-cap. Same story as early $AXTI Who else sees $SIVE as the hidden gem before institutions fully load?
Serenity@aleabitoreddit

$SIVE is up 6.7% today. You know you're doing something right: When the entire market from KOSPI to Nikkei is red. While individual longs from $TSEM to $AXTI are green. It's clear that this is now a stock picker's market. As thematic individual names in Oil, Rare Earths, to Semis, that the world is fighting over... Have strongly outperformed the broader market.

$SIVE is interesting here. Daily BDs came in at $2.9 and $3.3, we're up 2.5-3x from when they appeared. Our Echo indicator (fastest moving) has a confirmed Pink Diamond, which signals to sell. Oddly, Weekly just got it's 3rd BD (signals to buy)... Will post an update tomorrow.

Sivers Semiconductors: En svensk AI-pärla i rampljuset! Du hittar hela texten via länken i kommentarerna.

The market is waking up in real-time. Swedish microcap Sivers Semiconductors ( $SIVE ) has surged recently, but at a ~$325M market cap, the fundamental disconnect is still staggering. 🧵👇 If you are looking for a weekend research project at the intersection of AI hardware, Geopolitics, and 6G, put this on your watchlist. For months, the stock chart was broken by a major shareholder’s forced liquidation (margin calls). But if you look past the temporary liquidity crunch and read the actual industry white papers, a completely different picture emerges. Sivers is positioned right in the middle of three massive macro shifts: 1. The "Pax Silica" Base (Defense & SATCOM) 🛡️🛰️The West is actively moving critical tech infrastructure away from Eastern dependencies. - Dual CHIPS Act Awards: Sivers has secured multiple US Gov grants to co-develop secure FR3/6G, SATCOM, and Electronic Warfare tech alongside Ericsson, BAE Systems, and Raytheon. - The Satellite Backbone: They provide the core RF chips for commercial LEO/MEO networks (validated by Viasat & AllSpace) AND the upcoming multi-billion European sovereign constellation (IRIS²). - Thesis to research: This division provides the industrial baseline and limits the downside risk. 2. The AI Growth Engine (Photonics) ⚡ Datacenters are hitting a power wall. The transition from copper to Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) and Linear Receive Optics (LRO) is mandatory. - Sivers is the last independent pure-play Indium Phosphide (InP) laser foundry left after NVIDIA bought up the legacy supply chain. - They are powering Fortune 500 giant Jabil’s new 1.6T LRO transceivers (just showcased at OFC 2026) and mass-producing ELS modules with O-Net. - Thesis to research: They are the critical "picks and shovels" arms dealer for the non-NVIDIA AI ecosystem. 3. The Free Call Option (Biosensing) ⌚🩸 Sivers has an ongoing biosensing project with an unnamed Fortune 100 customer. The heavy industry rumor? Customized lasers for non-invasive blood glucose monitoring in wearables. - Thesis to research: Physics here are brutally hard, and it might be years away. But at a $325M valuation, this potential infinite-TAM project is currently priced at exactly $0. Conclusion for your DD: The stock is ripping as smart money absorbs the forced selling and realizes the underlying value. Don't take my word for it—read the OCI Consortium mandates, Ericsson's 6G white paper, and the US CHIPS Act grants. When you separate the temporary chart damage from the actual Tier-1 hardware adoption, this might be one of the most asymmetric Sum-Of-The-Parts (SOTP) setups in the market right now. Sivers < $SIVE / $SIVEF >to power Jabil ( $JBL ) next-generation optical transceivers. The fact Sivers is named as the power source for Jabil's flagship 1.6T module… is probably the biggest news to date? This is thesis validation that Sivers is the next $LITE as the light source for CPO/Silicon Photonics. Source: Semicap, $NVDA GTC.

$SIVE is the upstream laser supplier for CPO and Silicon Photonics. They're the likely $COHR / $LITE type future light source for: - $AMZN Trainium Clusters - $MSFT Maia Clusters and possibly other hyperscalers like $META MTAI and $GOOGL TPU clusters. At a ~$200M MC. Relational Mapping (speculative): $SIVE (light source) -> $POET (optical interposers) -> $MRVL (Likely Celestial Captive) -> $MSFT Maia + $AMZN Trainium. $SIVE (light source) -> Ayar -> AiChip -> $AMZN Inferentia/Trainium $SIVE (light source) -> Enablence -> O-Net -> ? Asia Hyperscalers _ Ongoing: $SIVE (light source) -> Ayar -> GUC -> ? (Google $TPU) $SIVE (light source) -> Ayar (TeraPHY/SuperNova)-> Wiwynn (captive CPO) -> ? ( $MSFT, $META historically Wiwynn's largest clients). Because of captive models like $MRVL Celestial, they get a free ride. However, they do compete multi-source ELS against Lumentum, Coherent, and $MTSI with Ayar and win anyway in merchant models. But they win either way. For high-volume production ramp up, a large part of it depends on the ongoing Win semi qualification, but this will likely be a large indicator. Again supply chain BOM is extremely confidential. $AMZN will never tell anyone "Hey, we use $SIVE ". But if you put 1+1+1+1+1 together, you can piece together the likely suppliers. Most people see "Poet Starlight" uses $SIVE. Or Ayar uses $SIVE. But don't map all the multi-hop relations to see where they end up. I do think $SIVE is an extremely undiscovered opportunity as the next possible mini $LITE for Silicon Photonics at $200m MC. As they're the likely upstream laser supplier for hyperscaler supply chains for future CPO/Silicon Photonics scale up with cw dfb lasers and scale out with laser arrays.
