Almost clapped for myself yesterday. Not because I won anything. Just because I handled something that used to ruin my whole mood. My hands lifted out of pure habit… then I caught them. I’m finished being my own desperate audience. Now I just give myself a quiet high five and keep it moving. Less noise. Same progress.

It's my birthday today. Family and friends sent cards all week – every one with cash inside. I opened them, kept the money, resealed the envelopes, and mailed them right back out empty. For a second I felt guilty. Then I remembered I work at the post office. The real gift this year was the job.
