Y5/6 football team - well played - tournament winners!

A huge well done to the Y5/6 Football team - they won the local schools football tournament! A special mention to @chelfordprimary school for the determination and resilience of their team.

Y6 planned and led fitness activities for the whole school as part of out #EatFitKeepFit week. Thank you Y6 - it has been a great way to start each day.

Y6 cooked noodles with vegetable stir fry as part of their #EatFitKeepFit activities this week. They loved it - from the preparation of the vegetables to cooking and tasting it. They especially being allowed to sit in the staffroom to eat it!

Y5 made scones this week as part of our #EatFitKeepFit week. They enjoyed eating them with fresh strawberries!

Y2 loved #EatFitKeepFit week - they made healthy sandwiches, learnt life-saving first aid, and took part in 'Healthy Potters' challenges and morning fitness with Y6. It has been a great week and thanks to the heavy rain, we still have our postponed Sports Day to look forward to!

Parent Council and Student Council had a joint meeting today about making school an even healthier place. They worked together to create an assembly PowerPoint, a parent and pupil survey and some heathly snack swap posters. #EatFitKeepFit

Reception Class have been looking after caterpillars. Today, the children watched them fly off as beautiful butterflies! It was a magical moment.
