I’ve lost 11kg since the beginning of April from eating mainly chicken, rice & Nandos sauce and cutting most sugar from my diet through drinks It’s actually quite easy if you put your mind to it, feel miles better too

!! This time Last year my legs all broke down 🤨 so I had to see a top vascular surgeon ? & luckily they managed to use this new procedure of injecting foam into my veins helped direct blood into the open wound & today they are nearly healed 🙏🏻 it’s only taken 20 years 🤨💪🏻😁🙏🏻❤️
