Going on almost daily walks with my wife (and now baby accompanies) has been the single greatest marriage tool we’ve ever used. We get out and about, get some exercise, some air, but most importantly: a very mindful phone-less window of time to get on the same page about short, mid, and long-term goals/strategies/schedules. This was exaggerated during Covid - I hadn’t been that ripped in a decade and I had no other method of working out. So aside from a marriage tool, walking is the most underrated exercise modality and is overlooked cus no fitness influencer can monetize making it trendy.

@WestonBergmann I lost 75lbs walking every day with my dog & writing down what I eat (to stay accountable) Made some of the best memories with my Pup who sadly passed away suddenly @ 8 years old from cancer 🥺 My Angel helped me lose that weight & he knew he’d set me up for success.
