I asked @themoregalado what the secret sauce is for high-level CRE brokers on social media. Her answer? They're so giving. "You talk to Beth, you talk to Bob—they just provide value 100%." Yes, there's a purpose behind their presence. They want to get in front of decision makers. They want people to know what they're doing. But the value they provide is immeasurable for so many. "I feel like I could go into any retail leasing office and say, I know all of Beth's stuff. I know all of her plays. She's giving you the roadmap." That's the secret: Not gatekeeping expertise, freely giving. My conversation with Mo Regalado of MoVO Media is live now on The Tori Nook Talk Show. We covered her journey from radio to CRE marketing, the 3 E's framework (educate, engage, entertain), and what separates the brokers who win on social from the ones who don't. 🎧 Listen now on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube. What if the fastest way to break into CRE isn’t experience, but content? @hey_itsfly Fly Jamerson proves it. She went from theater and academia into commercial real estate marketing in under 2 years and built real relationships just by consuming and creating content. Here’s what stood out from our conversation on the latest episode of Weiss Advice Podcast: 👉 She didn’t “network” in the traditional sense, she learned people through content first 👉 Her “Cold Calling Cold Callers” series came from one simple idea...turn what brokers already do into content 👉 She faced fears like cold calling and public speaking by leaning into them publicly 👉 And the biggest unlock: “real conversations = real content” That’s it. No fancy strategy No go viral hacks Just share what you are already doing Document the conversations that matter Put yourself out there before you feel ready Because in CRE and in life Your network is your net worth...and content is how you build it at scale So here is the real question What are you doing every day that you are not sharing? That might be your biggest missed opportunity

Wow. Just had @jdub_re walk me through how he’s using Claude Cowork and @DealNav together and it blew my mind. He kept laughing at me saying how easy it was, but I may be the least tech advanced tech founder in the world 😂 He’s dropping OM’s and emails into Claude and having it update Dealnav using the Chrome browser plug-in. Not perfect but better than forgetting about them (the deals). I think we’re gonna whip up a quick recording to share with users on how he did it. The next level ⬆️ is obviously having someone like a VA layer on calls, research, setting up appointments to this process… which I have more to share about soon!

Mo Regalado | Commercial Real Estate Social Media
Thank you so much for having me on @ToriNook!! Looking forward to watching!! Whoop whoop!
Tori Nook@ToriNook

Before @TheMoRegalado built MoVO Media—her commercial real estate marketing company—she was in radio. News director. Assistant program director. Broadcasting live. That's where she learned the secret: Infotainment. "They don't know what you look like. They only know the energy you bring and the information you provide." Her framework: the 3 E's. → Educate → Engage → Entertain "The same principles I used in radio? I apply them to social media. And it actually seems to be a winning formula." This week, my conversation with Mo Regalado drops on The Tori Nook Talk Show. We're talking content strategy, building relationships across the screen, and what most people get wrong about social media. 🔔 Episode drops this week. This account happened by accident. I was bored on an airplane in 2021, randomly decided to start posting, and it has completely changed my life. What was the strategy, and why did it work? For a very long time I had no idea, but it’s become clear: It starts with the fact that I was not trying to get anything out of this whatsoever. There was no goal, nothing to sell, no newsletter, no link, and no ask. I was simply posting because I wanted to share the knowledge I had gained over the years and be as useful as I could. It didn’t even occur to me that this account could be helpful in any way. I saw no connection between posting here and my real estate business. And I was anonymous, and 100% planned to be that way forever, so I was posting accordingly -- you literally cannot gain anything if nobody knows who you are or how to reach you - and that was the situation, and I was posting accordingly. Unfiltered, open book, no pitch - just helping to help. And it turns out audiences recognize and appreciate when you don’t have a hidden agenda and you’re not trying to sell them anything - which is very unique in today’s world. Most people who post simply cannot comprehend the concept that you should take the time to be helpful without expecting anything in return. But social media rewards you immensely when you do just that. Beyond the initial start - how do I keep it up, and what is the day-to-day strategy? Do I sit there and think of content all the time? No. My strategy is: as my day goes on, if I read or hear something I find interesting, I know there’s a good chance many people will find it interesting as well, so I post it. If I’m curious about something, I know others will be curious too, so I post. If I come across something I never thought about before, there’s a good chance others haven’t thought about it either, and I post. If I see something really cool, others will think it’s really cool too, so I take a picture and post it. Every one of us, no matter where we are in life or what we are doing, has a unique perspective on the world. We come across awesome things every day. We just need to post them without any goal. If you think something is interesting, no matter what field you’re in or where you are, others will think so too. When it comes to social media, the whole “when you give, you get” idea is truer than anywhere else. It sounds corny - but you do get more than you give. But the secret is to actually give without expecting anything, and that’s where most people get held up. In my case, it’s been 1000x and changed my entire life. Nothing I've said is revolutionary. I just give to give, and the audience accidentally rewards you in ways you could never imagine.

@amycalandrino Indexability over aesthetics, though the latter can be useful and at times critical. But for more higher value all your efforts need to be surfacing you across the highest possible area 👀

Took a meeting with element to elevate my instagram who’s close with someone I know. But it’s all about photos and making it more cohesive as far as the tiles. They also would shoot with me monthly. But then it seems that the continued blogs and then pushing that out on social media make much more sense to invest in as well as getting a newsletter both email and hard copy going again seem more important. If you have finite resources as far as time to implement things even if you have a capable team, where should one put their resources energy? And yes I am planning to call and talk to @hey_itsfly and @TheMoRegalado but just floating this out first as it was on my mind.
