Instagram is silent. @andymstone is silent. And Adam Mosseri never talks about it. All they talk about is how good their platform is, and when it comes to customer service, there is none. Creators are worthless for them. I spent 7 years being a content creator on Instagram, and they shut me down instead of rewarding me.
Can we have the press cover this? Where are the journalists?

I’m so done with @Meta My Instagram account @tinakriisss with 207.000 followers has been effectively shut down for almost a month because of Meta’s technical bug. I’ve lost clients, I’ve lost my income, and I’m still paying $650/month for Premium Support. At first, they replied within 30 minutes. Now they’ve been ignoring me for 3 days. I’ve lost everything because of a technical issue that Meta still hasn’t fixed. What exactly am I paying for? I had also tag @andymstone ,because i know,that sometimes he helps,when he see tweets.I tag him over 1000 times and he is still ignoring me At this point, I’m seriously considering legal action.
