The economic experts didn’t think it was possible after Covid. In most countries, it still hasn’t happened, but after so much hard work and struggle by the American people, here it is: full employment, low inflation, and strong growth.

Don't spend money on marketing until everyone on your marketing team knows: 1️⃣ The top 3 pains your ICP faces – and the everyday frustrations caused by those pains 2️⃣ Triggers that prompt your target customer to go and seek out solutions like your product 3️⃣ Why solving these problems is transformative – what’s at stake if they don’t? 4️⃣ The info channels they trust to look for and research tools like yours 5️⃣ How they think about your category - how they view your market and competitors 6️⃣ Their buying processes – who tend to hold the budget and the steps they take to purchase. Invest a fraction of your marketing budget into target market insights, and make the other 99%+ go a lot further. And move away from ad hoc research, get some continuous ICP research going.

There are a lot of things I wish I knew at 22, but this one’s big: Your hard work will not speak for itself. Talk to people outside your team, document your wins, and speak up for yourself.
