Interesting behavior from these LLMs. I actually got it to output JSON objects without explanations by using either a demonstration or just forcing it to not lead the response with "Sure,...". To be fair, I have been experimenting with Bard a lot and kind of have a good understanding of its behaviors and how to work around them. But I shouldn't have to be forcing the model to change "behavior". It should be able to understand my intent and switch modes seamlessly.

one thing bard is worse at than openai is instructions of the form "answer in the form of a json array without any additional content". it almost always adds at least some "friendly" prefix "sure! here is your array". should be easily fixable, but currently big edge for oai.

@jackiebo I'd be interested if you can back this up with an example. In my experience so far, the 'good follow ups' is almost impossible to find.

ChatGPT seems really interesting as a way to train interviewers. It returns decent, plausible answers to interview questions, so it forces you to think of good follow ups to see if it really understands.

@Nicolas__Roux @GergelyOrosz @dammarpol @Nicolas__Roux I use Google Chat, and would use it 10/10 times over Teams. Its surprisingly lightweight and reliable. Idk when you last used it, but Google Chat has excellent hyperlink support, and supports public channels as well.

It is absolutely horrendous and it’s not improving.
Not possible to have hyperlinks, public channels, limit who can post on a channel, pin posts, etc. The UI for threads is also not good

It’s surprising but true: Microsoft is consistently out-executing Google in several areas.
1. Cloud compute (Azure vs GCP).
2. Chat (Teams vs… what does Google have??)
3. Now: gaming (Xbox vs Google shutting down Stadia).
