Also it should be thought before it becomes necessary, and is also important to prevent abuse, since only if they know what it is and that it's wrong, they will be able to tell someone about it.

This included Infos about the sexual organs and it's parts, the existence of the menstruation cycle, what semen is, how a baby is made and grows, and probably more I don't remember.

Note that 5th graders are about 10-11 years old, which makes up a pretty significant portion of girls. Also, if you don't know what a period is, you might experience some truama or anxiety by the fact that you're suddenly bleeding out of that area.
