combined with this year's legislation, would everything proximate to that line become a Transit Oriented Community with 40homes per acre, plus ADU's, with unlimited occupancy and no parking requirements? is this existing rail, or will it require eminent domain "negotiations"? current "mass transit" (aka, mobile homeless shelters) are subsidized at over $2 per passenger mile. Other than by making this mandatory by eliminating the ability to own a vehicle, what's the payback on your totalitopian dream? or, do you expect the fees from rental vehicles (over 50% rented by coloradans), or the $100k's of daily penalties against railroads to cover this?
