@heythereitsanis Cool. You should make your program fully rounded then. Not just "take our custom biome replacement drug" but "here's the full program of lifestyle changes to make it work at peak benefit".

Gut biome issues are a real thing, and this may be good, but before resorting to this, people should just eat a variety of cultured products, reduce sugars and starches, increase healthy fats and get exercise. It really works.
