These 5 companies are about to pay out over N500 billion to fellow Nigerians like you as dividends from next month. Before they discourage you from building your own cash flow machine, start taking position to take care of your spending needs in the future when you would have stopped working. Another reason I am in your life! 😉

Being a House Officer fresh out of medical school in a Naija teaching hospital is how they collect your fresh doctor dreams and slowly grind them into garri with the hospital floor. Dr Chinedu just graduated from UNTH. His ward coat was crisp, trousers with ironed edges that could cut paper, stethoscope shining like medal and parents proud. For his mind, he's thinking; write primaries sharp, enter Cardiology residency, finish in record time, go to India for fellowship in intervention cardiology. He resumes housemanship with full chest and naive optimism. He thinks; “This one year na just stepping stone. Finish am, smash exams, become cardiologist. This is my calling!” But by month three, Dr Chinedu Bumbum don already begin to smoke. Within five months, he has already done: 🩺 Done back-to-back 36-hour calls like say na normal routine 🩺 Clerk patients, draw blood, chase labs, write notes till his hand beg for mercy 🩺 Covered multiple wards when senior doctors no show or travel 🩺 Run from medical to casualty to labour ward like person wey dem send on errand Five whole months without one single kobo salary. Not even transport money. Every 18th, NARD go promise dem dey promise “this week e go enter.” MDCN keep whining him. After six months, they eventually pay one month out of the six he has worked. Chinedu keeps surviving on pure water, garri, call food and pure belief. Then typhoid + malaria decide to do combo on him. His body became hot like oven, and he no fit stand up for four days. When Dr Chinedu finally drag himself back to the ward, management call him sharp: “You were absent without leave. So your house job extended by 2 weeks.” Extra two weeks. Unpaid. Because he dared to fall sick. He begged that he was only absent because he was sick, but all his pleas fell on dead ears. His seniors turned their backs on him. They called him lazy. Them say he no fit work under pressure. That he's too soft. But the wahala isn't just in the hospital. Feeding na serious daily battle and transport na war. He swallows his pride and borrow from Opay. Quick loan. “Once salary arrears enter, I go clear everything,” he tells himself. And since salary no enter for the next 4 months. Interest begin climb like fuel price. The calls start morning, afternoon, night: “Hello sir, your repayment date don pass o.” Different voices. Different threats. Dr Chinedu changes his number one day like thief. Block everywhere. Stop picking unknown calls. He drags the remaining months in pure survival mode. Tired. Broke. Angry. Disillusioned. Furious. Last day of house job. Dr Chinedu signs out, drops coat into waste bin, waka out through that same gate he entered one year ago with big big dreams. Inside his heart, one solid resolution land like rock: “I will never do residency in this country. Never. Not cardiology. Not anything. Not here.” The same boy wey started with fire in his eyes come out with only house job certificate and one broken dream. We laugh through the tears but the unpaid labour, the debt, the sickness punishment, the loan app harassment, and the shattered passion are very, very real. Many house officers finish and make this same vow. Nigerian doctors deserve way better than this kind system.

If capitalism is "Western propaganda," explain this: African merchants were trading gold from West Africa to India and China for centuries before Europeans arrived. East African cities were minting their own coins. Ethiopian noblewoman were buying land with whatever currency they chose. Free markets are not Western. They're human.  And Africans were practicing them long before Europe figured it out.

Today, we hosted 61 senior officers from the Army War College Nigeria (AWCN) led by Brig General MC Akin-Ojo at our Abuja facility. They observed live demonstrations of our military drones, engaged our engineers, and discussed the future of Nigeria’s sovereign defense-industrial base.

We are busy building night clubs and shouting "money na water" in the East while Dangote and BUA are moving mountains in the North. When BUA and Dangote finally become to Nigeria what Samsung is to South Korea, I hope we don’t cry fowl! They compete on industrial and corporate level. In Cement, Sugar and Foods. Dangote is also in Oil. BUA has POP. Dangote is now planning to expand into steel production, electricity generation and port development as part of a broader ambition to accelerate industrialisation across Africa. BUA opened a PVC board factory in PH. My own brothers are currently opening clubs with artificial profits and buying Rolls Royce, Maybach, Ferrari and Range Rover of billions of Naira, taking photos in private jets. Building a single house in their village with 30rooms that they aren't using. Every Christmas, they gather their kinsmen and share them rice. Turning abled bodied people to almajiri. No industry! No hospitals! No labs! No agriculture! No Enterprise! Just noise! Check out Samsung in South Korea, that’s where Dangote is heading. Very soon the Nigerian economy will be sustained majorly by Dangote, then we'll shout monopoly! Dangote once asked “Why are you people buying private jets where there are no industries?” Peter Obi once said “Wealth without enterprise”. Another shout out goes to Innoson and Coscharis for their penetration into the automotive industry. In order to gain relevance, they're clamoring for CITY BOYS MOVEMENT!

Some people look at IQ maps and decide that explains African poverty. The theory collapses the moment you notice that Africans who move to Europe or America suddenly thrive. They become doctors, engineers, and successful business owners. Did their intelligence change on the flight over? Or was it the environment all along? China was desperately poor under Mao. Millions starved. Now they are an economic powerhouse. Did Chinese IQ suddenly jump, or did they just change their economic system? North Korea and South Korea are literally the same people. Same ethnic background, same culture, same everything. One country is rich and technologically advanced. The other is poor. The difference is economic freedom. Countries prosper when they have rule of law, property rights that are secure and transferable, and freedom to enterprise. The IQ theory is what racists use to avoid confronting the real issue, which is that bad systems keep talented people trapped.

Nigeria just signed a $1.3 BILLION deal to build an alumina refinery. Not oil. Not gas. Mining. This single refinery will process 1 million tonnes of bauxite every single year. It will run for 20 years. And the numbers are wild. $1.2 billion contribution to GDP every year. $8 billion in foreign exchange earnings over its lifetime. $25 billion in total economic value. This is now Nigeria’s largest private mining investment ever. And it’s not alone. FG already started a gold refinery in Lagos earlier this year. There’s a $600 million lithium processing plant in Nasarawa that’s ready for commissioning. Three more gold refineries are in development right now. People keep saying Nigeria needs to diversify from oil. It’s actually happening. Quietly. While everybody is on the timeline arguing about fuel prices. Gold. Lithium. Alumina. These are the minerals the world is fighting over right now. And Nigeria is building the refineries to process them locally instead of shipping raw materials abroad for other countries to profit from. This is the wealth creation story nobody is talking about. Pay attention.

I’m glad we are now focusing on total industrialization as a nation. The ripple effects will be felt across the continent An industrialized Nigeria is coming. Terra will go all-out on ensuring we build the defense-industrial base needed to protect Africa during this critical transition phase.

Most of the COINS you know today are going to ZERO. Whenever we have the bear market, most of these older coins get flushed out and just a few survive. Of course, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana will always survive, but how do you know which other coin will survive? There are few metrics I look at. The first is Revenue Generating crypto products that have coins. If you go to Defillama, you will be able to sort the Crypto products with the highest revenue. The likes of Tether, Circle, Hyperliquid, Pumpfun, Axiom, Flashbots, etc., generate the most revenue yearly. What you will realise is not all these companies have a token, so you have to go down to the ones with token like Hyperliquid, Pump, etc. Why is Revenue Generation an important metric to look at? It is because these projects have operational costs and salaries to pay. Some are able to raise funds from Investors. When your runway is exhausted and you aren't generating revenue, you have to fall back to something which is selling your tokens to offset these costs. This is why you would see a token down -70%, you might tell yourself that this token might have bottomed, only for you to see that it is crashing more. Who is selling? The Team. Over the past few weeks, I have seen many crypto companies laying off their staff, it is very difficult in the bear market So, if there is revenue coming, they can run costs from there. Now, revenue Generation only reduces the effect of sell pressure from the team, but it doesn't guarantee that a token will survive. One thing I look out for is tokens that generate revenue with buyback and burn. But that's not all, stick around to find out the blend I look out for with Buyback and burn. When I am talking of Buyback and burn, I'm not talking about the memecoins style where revenue generated from trading volume of the coin is used to buyback the token. The buyback I am talking of is that of revenue generated from the services they provide which is used to buyback their token. A good example is Hyperliquid, which is a Perp Dex, they generate over $800m annually. Using that revenue to buyback the token is what I am talking about. Next thing you need to understand is that Buyback and Burn on its own is not enough to keep a token up. Most times, they it's short term. When you look at the chart of JUP and PUMP who have been conducting buyback and burn with their revenue, it doesn't look like anything was done. These guys have poured $70m to over $100m to buyback their tokens, no effect. So, this is why you want to also look at tokenomics. Many of these people have huge unlocks. Example Jupiter token had over $140m unclocked last year according to Tokenomist website and they conducted $70m in Buybacks. How do you expect to see an effect in Buyback conducted? It is important to look at all of these metrics if you are looking for tokens that will survive this bear market and beyond. If you want me to compile a list of Revenue Generating crypto products that conduct buyback and Burn, let me know
