(Weekend pt.2). Sun. I returned to Crawley for Saints and Sinners 5 mile trails run 🏃🏻‍♂️ across Tilgate forest 🌳. Part of the West Sussex Fun Run League @hhharriers1.

Theme for the weekend (pt.1) was Tilgate. Sat. ran Parkrun 🍃🌿 with Barry and Linda who are moving after many years of coaching young athletes 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃‍♀️at @hhharriers1. Instead of saying goodbye face to face we did it side by side as friends and athletes.

Last night was the inaugural @runreigate Summer Evening 10km Trails Race 🌿. Held at Gatton Park just under the North Downs 🍃. Great challenging, beautiful run 🏃🏻‍♂️👍. @hhharriers1 @runners_blue @UKRunChat @uknetrunner @UKRunning1

West Sussex Fun Run League on the South Downs with @hovehornets 🐝 and their 10km stinger. Hot 🥵 day with no shade ☀️, but a beautiful run 🏃🏻‍♂️. @hhharriers1 @UKRunChat @UKRunning1 @uknetrunner @runners_blue

Wakehurst Willows 8km now sold out. Still places for Wee Willows 5km. A beautiful run around the national trust/Kew grounds theentrypoint.co.uk

I organised a #Runandtalk session at work obo @EnglandAthletic and Mind. From that ran a learn to run group as a LiRF. Today members completed their first 5km @parkrunUK at Hove Park. Very proud of them @runners_blue @UKRunning1 @UKRunChat @uknetrunner
