@_nml831 Most people don’t actually need a bulk to add mass. Try to hang out at your maintenance calories and increase the weight on your lifts and you can recomp as opposed to bulking so it’s a happy medium

You can completely change your fitness in 90 days by doing 3 things! 1. Eat at least 100g of protein daily. 2.Strength train 2-3x per week. 3.Get an average of 7,000 steps a day. They aren’t complicated. But they work. Simple doesn’t mean easy!

Everyday I see at least 100 ads on how to build 7 figure gyms. Biggest problem with fitness is the people coaching people on how to grow fitness business have never actually done it and are talking hypothetically with good power points and buzz words.
