Based on the trial data and anecdata, I think reta as a compound is probably more effective than tirz. I’m gonna microdse tirz instead of reta anyway: - Sterility: 13% of non-FDA samples failed (reta not approved yet) - Potency: Significant variations in non-FDA samples which is kinda gnarly given how strong these drugs are - Reta anecdotally raises RHR more than tirz - Most importantly, I am more likely to contaminate or misdose while compounding in my kitchen lol You can mitigate all these risks individually, but in sum there's just way more surface area for something to go wrong vs. getting a legit pharmacy to compound it for you. We'll see how it goes
