No government or regime is beyond criticism. I and many others will call out shite & nefarious governments whatever their political bias is. I called out Biden. I am calling out Trump over this stupid and damaging war. I constantly call out Starmer. I call out the SNP. I call out Macron. That doesn’t mean I am discriminating against Americans, British, French and Scots (lol!). But when many of us call out the Israeli government, there is a rather framed insinuation that we are somehow discriminating against Jews. That is a grim thing to insinuate. And it’s completely wrong. And when I’ve previously called out the appalling regime in Iran (on many occasions), that doesn’t mean I’m discriminating against Muslims either. Jewish people and Muslim people are largely wonderful people. But their rulers often aren’t. And their rulers and governments are not above criticism.

@JamesMelville This is not random “removal” of kids or unrelated to a specific incident. It’s part of a routine IDF operation to arrest/detain Palestinian minors suspected of security offenses—most commonly throwing stones at soldiers, settlers, or vehicles. What if kids did this in Fife? 🤷‍♂️
