@joeyyochheim I do often do something similar to that and I’ve been able to maintain my physique just fine. It’s easier for me to restrict myself during work days where I don’t have any social events on, then let loose a little on weekends.

but that’s a good thing, these are fantastic standards to strive for

For every height, you’re going to have an ideal weight that looks best on you.
For guys, this weight (pounds) should be maintained at 10% body fat or below, meaning you need solid muscle development:
5’6 = 170
5’8 = 185
5’10 = 200
6’0 = 215
6’2 = 230

@AAStack 100% Brother, I’m still young and far from reaching it but the goal has never been wealth or materialistic things for me, but time freedom.

One of the biggest reasons I wanted to retire early wasn’t luxury or doing nothing.
It was something much simpler.
The freedom to walk into the gym without rushing.
No clock. No stress. No squeezing a workout between obligations.
Just showing up at the best time of the day, when the gym is quiet, when there are fewer people, and taking the time to train properly.
That kind of time freedom is underrated.
Sometimes the real reward of breaking out of the system isn’t money…
it’s being able to live your day on your own schedule.
