ED used as an acquisition tool for Gautam Adani? 1. Ahmed A.R. Buhari, promoter of Coastal Energen, faces investigation and is jailed in an ED-linked money laundering case. 2. He spends around 32 months in prison while legal proceedings continue. Years pass, his reputation is damaged, and his business comes under stress. 3. Coastal Energen enters insolvency proceedings. Control of the company shifts through the corporate resolution process, with an Adani Power-led consortium later involved in acquiring assets. 4. Courts subsequently quash related proceedings after the underlying case collapses. Buhari walks out of jail. 5. Final outcome: a man loses years in prison, loses his company, and is later freed. India is not a free and fair market. The Modi government is using every trick to help Adani through government machinery. This is totally anti-national!

We have anchors against whom cases related to inciting riots have been registered. We have an anchor who actually did a show on “15 types of Jihad” based on a WhatsApp forward. Former Chief Justice of India Bobde had said during the Tablighi Jamaat case that our media had misused the freedom of expression. The entire propaganda surrounding Tablighi Jamaat was false — built on lies — and that is what our media has become: a riot-mongering machine and a sycophant of the BJP. The problem is that we live in a country where the industrialists who own most television channels and the BJP appear to have reached an understanding that no serious questions will be asked of the BJP or the Prime Minister. Anybody questioning the BJP is labelled anti-national. This is the reality of modern India under BJP. So let us accept the fact that the press in India is in an abysmal condition and freedom of expression is in the doldrums. Let us also not forget that India ranks 157th when it comes to press freedom. Raids are conducted against NDTV and once the ownership changes hands all the cases are withdrawn . HW news , Newsclick, Quint is raided. Digital platforms are removed without any transparency and the Govt has to eat humble pie in the court( 4PM news network) Courts pass ex parte orders based on the application of an industrialist and all shows are ordered to be removed. You call this freedom of press ? Are you aware of what the broadcast bill is and what it aims to achieve? Stop this charade and stop looking for conspiracy theories everytime someone's asks Modi ji a question.

I'm aghast reading the full Bhojshala verdict. It's riddled with historical inaccuracies, there's no citation of sources for so many claims, vague terms such as "history speaks" and "it is known" are used, but where is it known?? What source of history *speaks*?? They have all but ignored Dilawar Khan's inscription on the mosque that documents its repairs under him. Shockingly shoddy stuff to say the least!!!
