@niveshit @hill07Maverick @DC48469195 I didn't said about danu wo to h hi kumaon majority wale, ye ek jsi geography or phenotype ki caste h,ek group hota to same devta hote jo ki nhi hai,my nani is Gadiya.My budhi dadi is also Gadiya.

@Bakwabaasa @DC48469195 @khabdoda In some plains regions also, some non dwija groups could wear only lower strand janeu. In Kumaon, Khas Brahmins/Thakurs wore 3 strand and dwijas who involved in widow remarriage or ploughing or married into khas groups were degraded to 3 strand janeu
