AUSTIN MAN chokes his girlfriend 41 days after prosecutors put him on probation for a previous strangulation. On Feb 17, Dillon walked out of court with a bunch of sweet deals: • Felony strangulation of an ex: count waived, probation • Felony evading in a vehicle: reduced, probation • Felony aggravated robbery at a CVS, where his accomplice pulled a gun on a clerk and said "want me to kill you bitch": NO CHARGES FILED Two days later, 3 more dismissed -- including a 2023 assault on a different woman, who he punched in the face at a gas station after she tried to walk away. 41 days after that pile of deals, officers found his girlfriend crying outside a Chevron, clothes torn, hair tangled. She said Dillon pinned her to the floor by her neck. Now charged with felony strangulation, again.
