i hate ppl who make videos saying "wieiad while recovering/after recovery" but actually undereat and still restrict. if u havent recovered yet, you should NOT share these things because you know very well that you are affecting people who are genuinely trying to recover

i feel like all the content creators who make videos about diets and eating disorders like them are actually (still) struggling with eating disorders themselves and are deceiving themselves and their auditions by making videos like this

anyone else HATE those intuitive eating dietitians on tik tok? They’re all so pretentious because they can “listen to their body” In all honesty, a lot of the stuff they promote just pushed me farther into my ED because I was “listening to my body” while fasting 48+ hrs.
