DW. Nice to see that a paper written by me and published 13 months ago is now the most cited Clin Rehab paper from the last three years 39 citations, 14,158 downloads. doi.org/10.1177/026921… The paper was about two years' work from start to end.

@annabellaSALT I’ve noticed how much ward staff are risk adverse which is partially driven by training and Trust guidance but the therapists continue to teach positive risk taking to the MDT and with a high quality risk assessment a persons decision can be supported #keeptrying

Positive risk taking is so important in dysphagia management; today I discussed fluids at risk with a long term nil by mouth patient, we made a plan & he turned out to be safe (at bedside) on small sips of thin fluids. QOL points +100 🥰😌 #dysphagia #hasu #stroke #mySLTday

I am afraid to consider a 3% back dated pay rise as insulting when those receiving it have been in full employment throughout pandemic, is pretty insulting to millions who have been unable to work, have lost businesses and receive no pay rise at all. Just saying.
