@flomattressin worst customer service ever. First sent a wrong mattress, then they said they’ll pick up the mattress and then replace.still waiting for the pick up for 2 weeks now.every I call they say it’ll be picked up in 48hrs. I’ve waiting four 48hrs thus far

@SwiggyCares How about the inconvenience caused to me. Swiggy has cancelled the order, I did not. You cannot cancel without confirmation from the customer right? If you are a responsible business, you will do right by compensating for my inconvenience
