The YouTube algorithm has DRASTICLY changed. It's not about who is the funniest anymore but providing value that people can't get anywhere else. MrBeast has a lot of views because of how well produced and UNIQUE his content is. YET most people who watch YouTube are kids and teenagers and with the recent developments of AI and all of them watching brainrot and scrolling all day their attention span has declined A LOT. You either retain their attention in the first 1-2 minutes OR you completely lost the viewer which means lower watch rate deboosting your video's reach and voiding it. I would highly suggest against creating on YouTube and IF YOU DO, start with shorts.
