@celestiellie The review deletion is mainly happening to people mass spamming 1 stars. If you leave an actual review of why you rated it so low, the company reaches out to you but doesn't delete or ban your account. It literally looks like spam / bots to the company when people do this.

Dear genshin players. Genuine, good faith advice here. If you want hoyoverse to change. Stop playing the game, stop interacting with their posts, stop watching their videos, and stop spending money on the game. The only way to get through to a company as massive as hoyoverse is to hurt their bottom line. If you want change, hit them where it hurts.
