@AxliWrites This is a really great initiative Aisling :) Genuinely delighted to see this. Really done well. I've made a small donation. I hadn't heard of purslane or macuy before. Had to google them, and actually sourcing amaranto from a small farmer in Milpa Alta outside DF at the moment.

@AxliWrites On the name, certainly grammatically in a sentence, it should be niño blanco, but as a name, the same rules don't apply. It was a point of debate though. So fair point. Anyway, hope you've a lovely day Aisling.
