@3TomatoesShort is there some kind of external speaker system/sound bar involved? we had one with an unchangeable, extremely short time before it would “sleep”, if there was no sound… even in the middle of a movie with quiet bits… which sounds exactly like that

(that might be chickens, rather than eggs) Just a comment on the risks we have all been taking long before Covid. I wouldn't eat raw eggs in America as salmonella enteritidis (a nasty strain of salmonella) is endemic there. In Australia I will sometimes eat raw eggs.

Last I heard, something like 10% of Australian eggs has salmonella, in the US it's over 50%.
