Here’s how you can replicate a website using a full page screenshot (not just what’s on your screen) and its styles in Claude 🎯 I was vibe coding a frontend website and I wanted to replicate a particular website to some extent, but at the same time I don’t want to copy it design by design I will show you how you can get a screenshot of the whole website and not just what showing on your screen and how you can copy the website html styles Here is how to do it To screenshots a full website - Open the website you want to replicate - Press Command + option + i if you’re on macOS, - If you’re on windows, use Ctrl + Alt + i - ⁠At the top of your screen, set responsive to 1920 by 1080 just like I did on the second frame - ⁠Command + shift + p - ⁠type “capture full size screenshot” and it will download it for you To copy screenshots style - open console if it’s still not open - ⁠click on element - ⁠scroll down to body class - ⁠right click on it, - Hover on copy, and click on copy styles Add the copied style and the image you screenshotted as context to Claude and watch it generate a website that looks like that for you Also, try to compress the image quality so as to minimize your Claude credit usage Hope this helps, found this helpful so I decided to share
