@Bruns0nsBurner @DJAceNBA Agreed......the clear out is ONLY when Bradley is on him. This will be by far the most favorable matchup the Knicks will have no matter how far they go. Why not take advantage if each opportunity? Brunson is the captain, but sometimes they play like this is the 2024 team

@histino @DJAceNBA But why would we just “clear out” for him when we can run stuff off him that creates easier opportunities for everyone? It’s the same issue as just clearing out whenever Brunson gets a favorable switch. We have too much talent to just be relying on guys going 1on1

The Hawks finally defend the Brunson/Anunoby flex (or slice) screen but the Knicks flow into option B: Brunson comes back to the ball. KAT keeps it. Bradley retreats a few steps to take away Brunson cut. KAT only needs one dribble and draws the foul.

@histino @DJAceNBA I just disagree on the process there. That backscreen for OG had already worked 10 times that game. He knew that if he was patient and neither OG or Jalen came open he would have a wide open lane to attack. No need to rush it and force anything

@Bruns0nsBurner @DJAceNBA If you slow it down, OG and Brunson are tangled up for about 3+ seconds......take advantage of the wide open lane. Come on, Bradley was picked up from the scrap heap about 2 weeks ago. He has basically played 4 games in 4 months and he was going to body up KAT?

@histino @DJAceNBA He’s waiting for the lane to clear. OG is trying to run off a screen directly into the lane KAT would be driving into if he tried going any earlier. Plus Brunson running around him forced Bradley to back up which gave KAT the room to get a head of steam
