Years of work have led to this moment For me, it is a master class of collaboration, marketing, and execution For reference, when we minted Wanderers genesis in 2021 our entire marketing strategy was “tweet a few giveaways” Time passes, everything evolves. For this RAM mint, we’ve been planning and executing for months. We created an 8 week marketing push that is entertaining and sticky. The key here is: FOCUS. Focus on what’s important. Focus on the big picture. Nail down the vision and make sure everything you execute supports that vision. We created Codex, a new platform to interface with the Wanderers universe. This system allows us to reward holders loyalty and activity, while also onboarding thousands of new people to the Wanderers. We’ve collaborated with >420 communities, onboarding thousands of new eyes. We’ve worked closely with fantastic parters. Partners who help us see things from new perspectives and share the same vision. Partners who can execute in areas we cannot. There’s something critically important you learn as a founder in this space. Everyone has a motive. Everyone has opinions about what the “right” answer is. No matter what choices you make it is inevitable that someone will be unhappy. You need to absorb and understand all perspectives. They can help you learn and understand. But above all else you need to understand your own vision and what success really means. now more than ever, i feel completely comfortable with our vision and how to achieve it. I feel confident we can walk the fine line between running a business that makes money and having a thriving community surrounding it. Will it work? Time will tell but i’m confident. ONWARDS
