@CatGargler @Mangan150 m.youtube.com/watch?v=C3rsNC… I would focus on lowering the triglycerides. The current ratio of trig to HDL-C seems to indicate some level of insulin resistance. So I would cut processed foods, sugar and other carb heavy foods. Video explains it well.

High cholesterol levels are associated with up to 80% lower risk of dementia. Makes me wonder how much our obsession with lowering cholesterol is increasing dementia in the elderly.
