@rachlor11 also my experience (I’m sure) may not be everyone’s I heard one of the gyno practice’s I mentioned got shut down *for reasons* (probably bc they were bad at their jobs!) + I live in an area with systemic medical racism/misogyny/misogynoir, and everyone’s care is suboptimal here

@rachlor11 basically, I think the entire profession is rotten they universally do not understand/apply consent, it’s very hit or miss on whether they: - apply consent-based care - do ANY form of pain management - listen to patients as body experts vs gaslight patients while being clueless

@xKonaPearl You can submit a form to hospital’s email, requesting/requiring universal N95-wearing due to health concerns & hospital acquired infection risks, as N95s are shown eight times safer in risk than surgicals + only costing a $1 Then they’re all respirator-wearing during+b4 sedation

@FFP3orN95 @KayElleTweets the form submitted moved the workers from going ‘what’s infection risk prevention? that’s not our job!’ and ‘where’s ANY N95s?- none exist on their floor’ (no surgicals even, on their faces) to 100% N95-wearing compliance, within 30 minutes 😀 !! Like it was 2020 again, in 2025

@FFP3orN95 @KayElleTweets If you choose to go sedation (or require it), there’s a form you can email to the hospital about a week before, that will put them on notice they should ALL be wearing a N95s. Follow up again the morning of the appt. It ups their standard of care/infection prevention, for sure!

@DhariLo @scott_squires @KayElleTweets you can also (w great difficulty, but absolutely possible if you write an email a week b4, and follow up that morning) require EVERY hcw wear a N95 for infection prevention It’s an ADA request, and I have the written form explaining why it’s hospital interest, if anyone wants it

Not “have” It’s clear supremacy - not seeing indigenous communities and people as real, living people STILL in existence Also they recognized different norms but then get mad about discussing it?

@A_not_A_ @Chavalala24 depends on the voice. there’s some very awful robot voices absolutely, and there’s some pretty solid voices I only have 🍎 voice recommendations unfortunately: this is S Voice 3, us accent, at 1.5x speed, for instance.

Hell, if you want a good example of how this is done without weaponising the passive/active voice, go look at PinkNews' headline about queen TERF's latest controversy compared to LGBTQ Nation. They might seem very similar at first but look at the wording closely.

The way the media uses specific wording or the active VS passive voice to serve its biases, narratives and propaganda is extremely obvious. eg: Depending on the race of the killer, headlines may read "Woman Dies in Stabbing" compared to "Violent Terrorist Kills Woman"
