- Finalist for 2014 ST Coordinator of the Year
- At SMU, helped lead a group that was among the nation's best at blocked kicks each year
- At UAB in 2020, helped lead team to CUSA Championship
- Helped lead UAB to 2022 Independence Bowl victory over #13 BYU
- Helped lead Stallions to back-to-back championships in 2023-2024
