@maxcsmith @CleansedTweets It's not too late to leave your bedroom before you die, mate

@CleansedTweets The 90s was claustrophobic and boring. Until 1996 we were playing 3d games which were just moving backgrounds in front of the player called the doom/wolfenstein engines. It was all 2d which mimicked 3 dimensions. Nowadays we have GPUs, and polygons.

Any missile impact on radar mast can be easily visible, considering the size of the vessel doubt that it's not visible from outside. Believe me if it was damaged by any kind of missile or drone attack, media will be flooded with photos while she was docked at Crete, You can hide the damage inside the engine room or enclosed spaces but not on flight deck or superconstructure lol.
There were problems already on living spaces & vacuum toilet system, but it was Iran attack story forced facto decomissioning...

@RupertLowe10 When do you get a party political broadcast? That needs to be a television landmark.

@0x49fa98 They may not meaningfully change the composition over the few months these gay little studies cover. Multi year follow ups show PUFAs make your cell membranes rancid.

Look at it in all of its seed oil glory. Quit pretending that you give a shit about the unhinged nutritional theories of a mentally ill communist. You love this shit. You would eat the whole plate. Seeds oils don't cause sunburn and they don't meaningfully change the composition of your subcutaneous fat. That's bullshit.

I've said before that ship captains during the age of discovery were some of the most impressive human beings to ever live. We have trouble appreciating just how unimaginably great these men were. They had to play the role of navigator, cartographer, astronomer, logistics manager, military commander, judge, police captain, diplomat, CEO, recruiter, accountant and governor, all at the same time, and all under extreme duress, out in the middle of the ocean, cut off from the rest of the world where the penalty for one wrong decision was the death of everyone on board. These are some of the most brilliant and gifted human beings the world has ever known. Nobody on Earth today can come close to matching them. They had a level of both skill and physical courage that just doesn't exist on the planet today.

Christopher Columbus is the ultimate IQ test. You immediately know that someone is a retarded halfwit if they start screeching some nonsense about how Columbus was a genocidal maniac or whatever. Intelligent students of history understand that he is one of the great men of western civilization. This is an awesome move by the White House.

Over half a century ago, deep in the jungles of Guatemala, a gigantic stone head was uncovered. The face had fine features, thin lips, and a large nose, and its face was directed up at the sky.
Unusually, the face demonstrated Caucasian features which were not consistent with any of the pre-Hispanic races of America.
The discovery first emerged when Dr. Oscar Rafael Padilla Lara, a doctor of philosophy, lawyer, and notary, received a photograph of the head in 1987. The photograph was taken in the 1950s by the owner of the land where the head was found.

What’s the best sci-fi novel you’ve read (has to be published within the past five years cause I’m tired of all the same boring answers).
Paul Krause@paul_jkrause
What is the best sci-fi novel you've read? There are many good ones. Great ones. Not just because he recently passed away, but Hyperion by Dan Simmons has to be up there for everyone who has read it...

We’re getting to the point where very old people (Deighton was 97) have photos in their pasts that are difficult to date. Viewing them triggers a weird sort of temporal disorientation. I guess this one was taken in the 80s or early 90s, but if you didn’t know who this man was you could easily think it’d been taken much more recently.
