You know the dad email hasn’t worked in over a year, and I have a case with Disability Answer Desk, a case and by this evening 6 days with no follow up? I missed an NHS neuro surgery because I am locked out of email and paid 365 since 3 Aug. It’s clear MSFT could care less about disabled customers
