@IanRunkle It wasn’t as simple as that. Lewis literally had to refresh her recollection on every single statement she was attempting to impeach her on. It was a nightmare. Lewis has been a federal defender for 21 years…I assure you she knows how to impeach a witness.

On July 3, as Kelsey Fitzsimmons was fighting for her life in the hospital after being shot by one of her fellow North Andover Police Officers, her baby daddy Justin Aylaian and 3 others (one of whom looks like his brother Brendon) forcibly broke into her home and stole her computer, modem, passport, cash, gift cards, and a hand written letter he had composed telling her what a good Mom she was to their 4 month old baby. He then allegedly logged into her bank account from his wifi, withdrew $5K, shut down her account, cancelled her travel arrangements, logged into her Facebook and Gmail, and accessed her pension and medical records. Apparently he didn't realize he had been filmed doing this, and he attempted to conceal this by returning the computer on another date.

Volunteer searchers are canvassing the neighborhood around Nancy Guthrie's house. They found a backpack that does not match the one in the surveillance video - but deputies came and picked it up. One searcher got emotional saying her mom is around Nancy's age.

Some parents was criticizing this teacher in Texas for throwing his students a pizza party. He gives all of his students a slice of pizza and a drink for free. However if they want more, he charges them $2 a slice and $1 a drink. At the end of the day, everyone in his class was able to enjoy a free piece of pizza and a drink. He bought extra to sell to make his money back and that’s where some parents had an issue. Do you feel he was trying to scam his students or was he just doing the best he can because many teachers don’t make allot?

A Great Dane just vibing while the agent checks its papers like it’s a regular Tuesday. It’s all convenience and aesthetic until you realize that’s your row. 30,000 feet in the air and you’re sharing your legroom with a creature that eats better than you do. @gotrice2024 We always say in the very beginning, before ordering drinks, that we are on splits tabs by family. I would never ask at the end of the meal because that would be horrible but I’m definitely not paying more.

This woman joined friends for dinner, during the dinner she had noticed they were ordering multiple appetizers, allot of drinks, high priced entrees. When it was time to pay the bill they insisted that they split the bill evenly amongst themselves. She refused to do so because she knew she barely ordered anything and she would owe way less than everyone. Of course the people who ordered allot of food started mocking her and calling her broke, she ended up only paying what she owed and she left. Did she do the right thing or did she go against the will of the group?
