This exam provides you with objective knowledge assessment data. Actively work to fill in your weaker areas. Don’t just read about them, volunteer to teach in those areas. It will help to solidify knowledge.

@RupinSharma7 @NeoTECaN @EBNEO The current funding environment causes that tracking to happen naturally. I suggest the reverse is actually the case - of the ~250 fellowship grads each year, > 70% head into clinical positions. We need a steady stream of graduates pushing our field forward.
