The Rotary Club of Austin Westlake selected AP Biology teacher Eric Martin @WHSChaps as its Educator of the Month. A nice check and surprise presentation were welcome interruptions for his students, who are all obviously proud of him. Faculty like Mr. Martin are stars @EanesISD

Three speakers inspired a big crowd at the Rotary Club of Austin-Westlake today. @WHSChaps Principal Steve Ramsey, Athletic Dir. Callan Nokes and Football Coach Tony Salazar forecast the new school year and upcoming sports seasons. Very proud of these three leaders @EanesISD

Today #txlege House members received a revised version of the Fiscal Size-Up chart on preK-12 funding since 2016, adjusted for compounded state population/inflation growth. Bottom line— funding is down 12.6%.
