@AmericanAir I try to avoid flying with you as much as I can due to poor past experiences. Today I decided to give you another chance and you did it again. Flight 2496 delayed one hour, which is not the worst part, you have changed the gate four times between three different terminals. So far I’ve visited terminals A, B and C chasing this flight departure. At some point screens at the airport said gate B16 while your app said C26. You have no respect for your customers. This is for sure the last time I fly with American Airlines.
