I’m on-call this weekend and had duties this morning. My job is not difficult —it requires focus, knowledge, and wisdom, but it’s not difficult— but I still like to take a moment to reset my attitude before going home. Today's snowstorm creation: Beef birria pizza Slow smoked short ribs for 2 hours. Braised for 3 hours. Shredded and assembled as a South Shore Bar Pizza, all with traditional ingredients.
