@iSlimfit Whilst true, you still have to buy the ingredients to make sandwiches so it’s not a 1040 saving

British people will spend £4 on a meal deal every single working day, never cook, never calculate the annual total and then wonder why they can’t save. £4 a day is £1,040 a year. Eaten in a park. Under grey skies. In a triangle sandwich. This is not judgement. Just observation.

BREAKING: Israel’s Ministry of Defense says it has ended all military procurement from France just hours after France refused to allow Israel to use its air space, per WSJ. Details include: 1. The move comes following a series of measures taken by the country that it sees as "undermining Israeli security" 2. France is actively obstructing the transfer of munitions to Israel and has prohibited Israeli aircraft carrying munitions for the Iran War from using French airspace, the ministry said 3. The move highlights Israel’s "shifting diplomatic relations" since the start of the Gaza war in 2023, per WSJ 4. Israel said it would replace French products by making them domestically or buying them from a "friendlier" nation France's refusal follows similar moves by Spain and Italy.

Once you have a $3 million net-worth? It no longer makes sense to keep investing aggressively. You won the game, you're set for life now just use money to enjoy life. ...Do you agree!?

Trump on Truth social All of those countries that can’t get jet fuel because of the Strait of Hormuz, like the United Kingdom, which refused to get involved in the decapitation of Iran, I have a suggestion for you: Number 1, buy from the U.S., we have plenty, and Number 2, build up some delayed courage, go to the Strait, and just TAKE IT. You’ll have to start learning how to fight for yourself, the U.S.A. won’t be there to help you anymore, just like you weren’t there for us. Iran has been, essentially, decimated. The hard part is done. Go get your own oil! President DJT

@MortgageMikeN2 3 rates cuts expected is not bullish for the market, it means people sit tight in expectation of better rates. Now those aren’t coming people such as yourself need to be realistic with clients this is what the market is, adjust your expectations, buy what you can actually afford

@hodlerb2 Only 4 weeks ago everyone thought there would be 3 base rate cuts this year and the market was looking very positive, on these rates I’m doom and gloom and I’ve been one of the most positive voices on here.

Exactly what we saw, fast start to the year but I can’t see anything other then the property market slowing down remarkably unless something happens about the Iran situation and interest rates start coming down.
Emma Fildes@emmafildes

UK House prices reportedly grew in March; up 2.2% on February’s efforts in @AskNationwide’s HPI. This feels more like a delayed reaction to the conflict in Iran. As those who bagged a lower rate early doors pressed ahead, desperate to get a move on. What looked like a promising Spring for sellers started to turn as we progressed through the month. This could result in growth slowing again if a speedy resolution isn’t found. Regionally in Q1 prices were on the rise with only two regions reporting annual price declines; Outer South East followed by East Anglia. Northern Ireland and Scotland continued to overperform while growth in the south slowed.

Steve Bannon on Middle East operations: “Let's have the Arabs, UAE, MBZ, the best they’ve got. Kharg Island, there’s your objective. Go. Throw in a couple of Qatari and Saudi princes. Get them out of London, out of the casinos and whorehouses, back to the Gulf. Netanyahu’s kid, Yair, down in Miami, turf him out tomorrow. Where’s DHS? Get him, put a uniform on him, first wave.”

Ex-prison officer Cherrie-Ann Austin-Saddington had a six-month affair with convicted rapist Bradley Trengrove at HMP The Verne. They had sex up to 40 times in the prison workshops. She even tried smuggling a Calpol syringe of his sperm out for artificial insemination. Guilty of misconduct in public office. Judge gave her a two-year suspended sentence – she’s now paralysed from the chest down after a spinal stroke. UK justice in 2025. How long should she have got?

@bullxzz @mattpickles84 @TheGriftReport You must be really bored to write this and you should note how you jump to conclusions within your own post, you encapsulate the typical X user, always on the attack and pretending you’ve never been wrong for a couple of likes. Sad.

@hodlerb2 @mattpickles84 @TheGriftReport Nah you just jumped to the conclusion because your own warped mentality tells you that you’re always 100% correct rather than finding the facts yourself which would have taken 10 seconds and saved you looking a cunt😂
