He’s right: Israel has the most cost-efficient healthcare system in the OECD. And no, that has almost nothing to do with foreign aid. It’s mainly due to the system being based on competition among four British NHS-like public HMOs which keeps waste low.

I think I posted an excerpt of Mill. I really like this book called "Justice: What's the Right Thing To Do" that gives a really interesting/accessible overview of some political theorists.

#Syria: in the first operation of its kind, the Border Guard arrested 12 people illegally attempting to cross the border coming from Lebanon. They were caught in area of Talkalakh (W. #Homs). A number of them are former Regime members & officers, including some who settled their status after Assad's fall.

We are not going to occupy Gaza - we are going to free Gaza from Hamas. Gaza will be demilitarized, and a peaceful civilian administration will be established, one that is not the Palestinian Authority, not Hamas, and not any other terrorist organization. This will help free our hostages and ensure Gaza does not pose a threat to Israel in the future.
